The thought or intent was the driving force and it affected the water molecules. It is fascinating as 90 percent of the human body is water. Thought alone can change water if you are determined to do so. It makes you wonder if thoughts can do that to water, imagine what thoughts can do to us, asks the film.

What about feelings? Are they real? If the brain does not see what is sees in its environment and what it remembers because the same messages are fired up in the brain....then what we are feeling is it just the past? The brain connects all thoughts and feelings and relates them to one another. Love is stored with other connected ideas. When some people think of love, they think of hurt which is connected to pain. Feelings are connected to thoughts and experiences.

Emotion is basically how the brain reacts to various chemicals. Our brain is one big chemical factory that assembles different acids that creates chemicals which create the various emotional states that humans experience on a daily basis. The moment we feel, our brain releases these chemicals through glands and through the bloodstream.

And what about love. Is that real? Are we only in love with the anticipation of the emotions released by the chemicals released in our brain. It is not really the person maybe we are in love with…but just the chemical feeling. I wonder then are we all chemical addicts…who use love instead of crystal meth?

Time to change my thoughts..so I can change my body and my reality.
