Right, let's get to work. This recipe is for my protein smoothie with blueberries from a muffin.This one is paleo, low carb and low calorie. To make this, you'll need unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground chia seeds, a high-quality protein powder, almond butter, and for the protein, I'm gonna use one of my favorites.With this bulletproof collagen protein, you will get a vanilla flavor, as well as a low carb sweetener mixed in. Then, if your protein powder does not have stevia, then you may be able to add it to the low carb smoothies.If you want to sweeten it up a bit, go ahead and add all your ingredients to your blender after which you will blend until it's extra smooth. Now, if you want to put this smoothie in the refrigerator, just add a bit of fresh lemon juice. Next up, my lean green matcha smoothie.This is also paleo, but you can make it low-carb by removing the banana and adding a little extra avocado. So here's how it goes. What you'll need: unsweetened almond milk, avocado, banana spinach, chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, matcha powder, and matcha.Mix all the ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender. The following items will need to be made: almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.Adding MCT oil or coconut oil to my smoothies helps to increase fat burning because they contain medium chain fatty acids. Increase brainpower and energy. This if you are craving chocolate, and I've even taken this smoothie in the afternoons, particularly if I need a pick-me-up before going to the next one.Our recipe is for my energizing matcha beet smoothie. You can choose this one because it is paleo-friendly. Unsweetened almond milk, banana, flax seed, oil, chia seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder are all necessary.You have to trust me on this one, if you do not like beets. Beetroot, even though it contains a powerful antioxidant called beta Simon, actually tastes great thanks to the banana.The liver can be cleansed of toxins, as well as fatty deposits in the bloodstream.
